Requirements

Applicants must be at least 21 years of age; a U.S. citizen or an alien legally admitted for permanent residency; have resided in the state for 30 days immediately prior to application; be free from any mental or emotional disorder that might adversely affect job performance; be of good moral character; have a valid business license; obtain a bond for $15,000; and pass an examination.
